Semtation’s management team consists of Christian Fillies and Frauke Weichhardt. Christian Fillies is a computer scientist graduate (University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and TU Berlin), where he focused on language processing in a scientific environment. In the early 1990’s, he started his career as a senior process modeling tool implementation specialist, developing one of the first commercial products to support business process management consulting. Here he became proficient in a variety of newly emerging, technological development platforms. Since the foundation of Semtation GmbH, he has specialized in the Microsoft platform and its technology strategy.
Frauke Weichhardt studied industrial engineering at the TU Berlin and did her doctorate in System Analysis as it relates to IT and IT Management with her dissertation based on company modeling. After her scientific work, she worked in consulting before becoming an independent expert in process modeling and knowledge management.
